Meet The Team: Phil Adamo

Phil Adamo is SAI’s Director of Marketing and Account Executive for our Outside Sales Division. Phil comes to our office with a long history of expertise as an accomplished marketing and advertising executive. After years of handling the marketing programs for local businesses and national companies, he decided to become a licensed insurance broker, allowing him to share his insurance knowledge with past clients as well as meet some new faces along the way. Helping a variety of businesses over the years has given him a leg up, and he prides himself on his extra knowledge of Restaurants, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Healthcare & Investment Banking Companies.

Phil enjoys one-on-one consultations with clients to help guide them to the best insurance policies specific to their individual needs, while placing them in the most cost effective insurance carriers familiar with the personal unique scenarios for their family or business. He believes every person lives life differently and every company is subject to different identifiable risks. He loves the challenge of finding different ways of reducing risk and premium by helping businesses implement safety programs and sound operational procedures.

Throughout his career, Phil has been involved with several non-profit organizations dedicated to helping the developmentally disabled population, including Life’s WORC and Family Residences (FREE). Brought up with a family member with learning challenges, he honors and respects those with the courage, heart and commitment it takes to assist the disabled in their every day life activities. When he finally takes a break from work and non-profits, he enjoys singing with bands, as well as loves a variety of music, from Sinatra to Rock & Roll.
